Another Good Workout

Shoulders and cardio. Woof.

Awesome freakin shoulder and tricep workout today. The heavy cardio emphasis (and staying away from the cookies) is really paying off - I can see more definition, and I am feeling stronger. I did:

-- 5 sets Hammer Strength Military Press machin (I don't do regular military press often anymore because of a healed shoulder injury that must stay healed)
-- 4 sets of upright rows
-- 4 sets of side dumbell raises
-- 3 sets of front dumbell raises
-- 4 sets of rear delt fly things
-- 3 sets of barbell shrugs
-- 4 sets of tricep pushdowns
-- 4 sets of overhead press things (simulate skull-crushers or French Presses)
-- 3 sets of reverse one-hand pulldowns.

OK that's a lot, when I write it out like that - BUT - I feel awesome, and if I do less, I don't feel tired... what does that mean?
If I am sore tomorrow, then I must be doin it right, right?

Great song on the radio at the gym - I have no clue who sang it (come on all you club queens out there) it ended with "If God is a DJ then love is a dance floor and God wants you to get out and shake you a$$."
(Well, ok that's what I heard - so maybe I was projecting).
