Funding & Number of Series per District:
Funding: most funds for this project will be used to pay for the most important factors relating to technology staff development - trainers to deliver workshops and teacher release time ($80 per day per workshop participant for teacher duty pay or sub teacher pay), some funds also for fiscal agent & evaluation
Series per District: each series will involve 16 participants who will attend 3 two day workshops together (summer, fall, winter) - for example, a typical series would involve 8 participants from one campus working with 8 participants from another campus, for all three workshops in the series (note: some workshops will have 5-6 participants from 3 different campuses instead of 2)
