You will find illustrations and creative works from her professional portfolio, as well as, some of her personal creations.Her portfolio covers a wide range of artistic styles including animation, comics, anime and fine art. As very versatile artist she can work in both traditional and digital mediums. Arie Monroe, is originally from Kansas city Missouri. She received a BA in Studio Art from the University of Missouri Kansas City, giving her a strong foundation in fineart and computer illustration. She also attended school in NJ at the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon Graphics where she studied Character Animation and Comic Book Illustration. Upon completion she began work at Mada Design, a NYC based design and illustration firm, as an illustrator completing projects for Nickelodeon, Dreamworks, Topps, Wicked, and Crayola. Some of her duties included character design, product design, digital inking, and book layouts. She also recently worked with Marvel Comics and Upperdeck producing original artwork for the Marvel Masterpieces 3 cards series. Among other things, Arie is a seasoned caricature artist and has worked closely with the public for over 10 years. She has done everything from working at amusement parks to private parties.
