Hi Mr. Neff


I have just began reading your online journal and I love it.  It was weird because I just got done writing a paper about merit base pay for teachers and I suggested teachers should keep a journal.  You have already done it and it's fabulous.  Thank you for sharing it.  I will be a first year teacher, next year. (i'm not sure if that makes sense) I hope to gain some knowledge from your journals.  Have a good night :)
