job news and more


I signed a contract today. You know what that means? I'm a teacher!!!!!!!!!

Stay tuned for updates on my first year as a high school teacher. If nothing else, it promises to be interesting!

Today was a nice day with John and Leigh Ann, also. Had a nice lunch at Mimosa, visited the outside of Children's FairyLand, then went to the Oakland Zoo. Then, John and Leigh Ann joined us for game night. I'll post a couple of photos here, but I promise to do a whole page of them soon.


A true welcome to my lovely city. Gotta love Oakland . . .



I hope the children in FairyLand weren't watching this!


That's all for tonight. I need to write a little, and then off to bed. More news tomorrow.
