Wedding YesterdayYesterday was spent at Margo and Michelle's
lovely wedding ceremony in Mill
Valley.
It was a really nice ceremony and reception at
the Outdoor Art Club. Michelle invited one of the residents from Salem to come,
and this woman made a quilt for them as a wedding gift. It had blank squares
all over it, and guests were invited to write a message to Margo and Michelle in
each of the blank squares. Very
sweet.
Another nice thing they did was to have each guest take a handful of rose petals and add it to the circle up in the front of all the chairs. Margo and Michelle stood in this circle for the ceremony. And, of course, the usual amount of drinking, dancing, toasting, and eating. The food was wonderful, too! Heirloom tomato salad, roasted vegetables, great stuff. . . .
Congratulations, Margo and Michelle!!!! Many happy years to you both. Posted: Sun - August 10, 2003 at 12:52 PM |
