saying good-bye to PennsylvaniaYup. We're packing the bags and heading
back to California. Sad to say good-bye, but looking forward to getting back
home, seeing Meera, starting school on Monday, and sleeping in my own
bed.
We've picked up a hitchhiking cold virus,
and it looks like he's going to be hanging on for awhile yet. I've never hosted
a cold virus quite like this one. Every day is a new adventure in suffering:
sometimes mild, sometimes severe, always different. Today was "itchy-nose day"
and yesterday was "chest-full-of-phlegm day". I can only wonder what tomorrow
will bring.
I do know that tomorrow will bring lots of travelling, cramped spaces, and a big plop into bed when we get home. I can't wait. Posted: Sat - January 3, 2004 at 09:56 PM |
