NetTime
New version available!
NetTime provides easy time synchronization for Palms connected to the Internet via an ordinary landline modem (for example, the Palm Modem) or the Omnisky wireless modem, or some PalmOS-based phones such as the Treo 600. The program makes use
of public servers that support the Network Time Protocol (NTP).
- Tap "Get Time" to get the exact time from an NTP server, adjusted for your time zone
- Tap "Synchronize" to adjust the Palm's clock to match the NTP server time (registered version only)
This gives you an easy way to get the correct time for readjusting all your clocks when changing from daylight savings time to standard time, and vice versa. It can also be handy on the road if you decide to readjust your Palm to a different time zone.
WARNING: This program does not work with the Palm VII!
