ColorLife

This is a Palm implementation of Conway's Life, with an additional twist:

  • Cells that are about to come alive are shown in blue
  • Cells that are alive and about to die are shown in red
You can tap on the list to select a prebuilt or random pattern, or you can tap in the main box to turn cells on and off by hand.

This product works ONLY on the Palm IIIc (the color Palm) or on Palms that have been reflashed with Palm OS 3.5.


This is my first attempt at writing a color Palm application - and it got me into the private pre-release showing of the Palm IIIc, held in early February. (I can't tell you any more than that, so don't ask....)
