DINOSAURS

Here's another one I used to check out of the
school library all the time. The copyright date is 1963 and it was
published by Parents Magazine Press. The text gives the standard
theories that were current at the time, with particular emphasis on the
idea that "smart" rodents killed the "dumb" dinosaurs by eating their
eggs. I just love the dynamic Tyrannosaurus battle and the earthquake
scene! The book is full of cool 2-page spreads like these.
