The heat is on


... but the air conditioning is not. And what I thought would be a simple pipe replacement has turned into something that involves sump pumps and the repair guy coming back tomorrow and $600. That's left me in a foul mood.

So I'm inaugurating a new blog series tonight, based on an alphabet coloring book Archer brought home from school today:

Archer's ABC Words

These are words Archer wrote on the blank page to the left of each of his ABC coloring pages. Note: Proper names almost invariably refer to his classmates, and are correctly spelled, despite appearances to the contrary.
