A Victorian Christmas

Mary and Billy’s Victorian attire was designed for a Washington State Hoyer Luncheon. Mary’s dress and hairstyle is fashioned after a turn of the century photo of Mrs. Hoyer. Mary wears an iridescent purple dress with dropped waist and high black boots. Billy is dressed in a complimentary outfit of purple velvet.
