2006 CATALOG ASSORTMENT PRIVILEGES
Within
the pricing brackets shown below, papers may be assorted for best pricing
in any way desired.
1-24
sheet rate applies to purchases of less than 25 sheets assorted.
25-100
sheet rate applies to purchases of 25 sheets or more, but less than 100 assorted.
100-499
sheet rate applies to purchases of 100 sheets or more, but less than 500 sheets
assorted.
500-999
sheet rate applies to purchases of 500 sheets or more, but less than 1000
sheets assorted.
1000
sheet rate applies to purchases of 1000 sheets or more assorted.
Rolls
may not be assorted with sheets, but may be assorted within the roll pricing
brackets.
CONDITIONS
OF SALE
SHIPPING:
Dolphin Papers will pay the shipping charges of $1000 or more. Please
add 10% to the total price of orders for less than this amount. This
is an estimated cost for shipping. We will credit or bill any difference
of $1 or more. Minimum order for shipping is $50. There will
be a $6 handling fee added to each order to cover cost of packing materials.
Our boxes are custom made to fit each order to prevent damage.
NOTE:
Please think ahead! Dolphin Papers is a small company and orders are
processed in the order that they are received. Our business is seasonal
and student orders come in very quickly. Backorders are possible. PLEASE
READ INVOICE OR PACKING SLIP CAREFULLY. Backorders are filled immediately
upon receipt. We bill only what we have sent to the customer.
Backorders are billed separately.
CREDIT:
We will honor purchase orders from institutions such as universities, colleges,
art schools, art supply stores, etc. Credit terms for individuals may
be negotiated at time of ordering. We accept MASTERCARD, VISA.
For order over $1000, a 50% down payment of the total will be required.
A 1.5% charge will be assessed on overdue invoices.
DAMAGE:
All orders leave our premises carefully packed against damage. If damage
occurs during shipment, it must be reported to the delivering carrier first.
Dolphin Papers will assist you with a damage claim in every way possible.
Damage must be reported within one week of receiving.
RETURNS:
Paper is fragile and easily damaged, returns may be made with our permission
only. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. All discrepancies
must be reported within 15 days. No exceptions.
PRICES:
While we try to keep you supplied with a current price list, this is not always
possible. Prices are subject to change without notice. Catalogs
will be updated quarterly in order to keep up with fluctuating costs.
