Lefse, Lingonberries and Limpa
Ah, the things we will do to recreate our
childhoods.
I took off work and drove a long way to get those three items.
Christmas can proceed now. We have Lefse and Limpa.
When a Swede marries a Norwegian, the carbohydrate options expand nicely, I must say.
