Red-Headed Woodpecker for MFA Thesis Project

Model was created with ZSpheres,retopologized with ZBrush, and edited with Maya. UVs were assigned with Headus UVLayout.
Textures were created with ZBrush and Photoshop.

Old Rocker Dude
A Digital Sculpting for Games course project done at the SCAD Atlanta . I consider this a work in progress, but it's coming along well.
The modeling was done in Maya and Zbrush, and normal maps (rather than displacement) were used. Texture maps can be viewed on this page

Differential Grasshopper
I began the base mesh in Maya, modeled, and textured in ZBrush, and rendered it in Mental Ray.

This personal project is a portrait of my great-great-grandmother, Polly Wilcox. Her Ojibwa name was Anos.

Software used was Maya, Zbrush, Headus UV Layout, Photoshop, and Mental Ray.

 

Predator With Texture Maps
This was a project for an advanced course in ZBrush 3 at the Gnomon School. Displacement, bump, and specular maps were applied in Maya, and then rendered in Mental Ray. Software Used: ZBrush, Maya, Photoshop, Mental Ray .
 
 
 
Castle at Point Mugu
A course project done at Gnomon School. Base photography taken with a digital Rebel SLR. Castle was modeled in Maya. Software Used: Maya, Photoshop.

This chapel model was created for a lighting class at the Gnomon school. Models were created, then lighted in Maya. Software Used: Maya and Photoshop.
 
Living Room
Models were created and then lighted in Maya, They were augmented with Photoshop textures. The screen video was created in Houdini. Software Used: Maya, Photoshop, Houdini.
 
Female Anatomy Project
This project was for a Digital Anatomy Sculpting course at Gnomon School. Great importance was paid to creating accurate muscular and skeletal structure, and respecting the beauty of the human form.
