Can I get everything I need to know about PPC (advertising on Google) from Perry Marshall's guide?

Also, from what I've been reading, XSite Pro has some quick up and running features which are suitable for newbies, but it also has depth for SEO and other activities later on. What do you think of XSite as a tool for creating minisites?
