I just finished reading a book by the
best sales trainer in the world... Jeffrey Gitomer. In the "Little Red Book of
Sales Answers" there's just about everything you'll need to know to about
increasing sales both online and off.
If you have a website, newsletter, work in sales,
or sell anything at all, I'm going to recommend that you read this book. No...
wait, study it. Savor it. Memorize the
pages.
It's very easy to read. It's a
small book. Very easy to carry. And it's only 20
bucks.
It has 99.5 short stories on how
you can make more sales. These are real world answers that you can apply to any
sales situation.
It teaches you how to
ask questions that your competition isn't asking. It helps you get past any
objections that you may be faced with.
It
uncovers the real causes and motivations behind the purchase. It teaches about
giving value first, which increases your perceived value and your conversion
rates. It's wisdom worth learning and
practicing.
Since my rating scale only
goes up to 10, I'll have to give it a 10.5, because it's perfect and then some.
Go buy it at Amazon.com. It's probably the best business book you'll read all
year.
