"Manhattan Under Marshal Law"

A battle in his alternate-reality distopia accidentally transports MARSHAL LAW from San Futuro to present day Manhattan. Lost and confused, he makes his way to Damage Control and sees on their screens the aftermath of dozens of super hero battles. Then it's obvious. It's no accident that he was sent to this strange world. Perhaps some higher power is at work. This world is infested with the super beings he has sworn to eliminate. While he searches for a way home, he'll knock off as many of this world's super heroes as convenient. Marshal steals Damage Control's Rolodex, and heads out into this brave new world, intent on kicking some super hero butt. Damage Control must warn all of the Marvel Universe characters on their Rolodex, find Marshal Law and send him home before he kills off all their business. Hilarity ensues.

A crossover between these two oddball super hero humor books could generate a lot of attention for both, as well as a very entertaining story for the readers to enjoy. I picture sort of a sweet dark comedy, something on the order of what you'd get if you crossed E.T. with the Terminator. It should be easily promotable and would help to keep both properties alive during their off-months. It'll also be really funny. I'd love to do this, and both Pat and Kevin are game, so what do you say to a one-shot, bookshelf format, intra-company crossover?
