Boy today for sure I have to stick to my diet . When I got up this morning I weighed 145 on my scale. That’s really awful. Finished cleaning my bedroom, got all the odds and ends out of the way, did my washing and ironing and wrapped some Christmas presents. Rose and I didn’t talk all day but to heck with her. Went to bed late. Had Thinagain today.
