This is mostly complete. I'm missing some details in Denmark, some van trips in Israel, a lot of European trains, and probably a few other things I've completely forgotten.

Cities are shown by markers. All others are lines. Car trips are blue, Van trips are green, Bus trips are red, Train trips are light purple, and boat trips are aqua.

Downloading this file and opening it in Google Earth will also work, but depending on your browser, it might be a bit trickly to get is to save with the correct .kml extension.

Performance is slow in Firefox, faster in Safari.

For some reason, you might have to toggle the trips off and on to get them to appear, even though they are all supposed to be on by default.
