Day 9, Part 2: Portland

Tram:
New light rail tracks in downtown Portland:
We rode the tram, picked up our train tickets for the ride to Seattle tomorrow morning, had lunch and did some shopping downtown. Now we're off to dinner with my friend Jason's brother, his wife and two kids, then drinks with our friend Norah's sister -- all on Hawthorne Blvd. in southeast Portland.
