Motor mounts complete, IR LEDs added

Elevated encoder modules allow the board to be lowered

All solder flux cleaned off the bottom and an 8 MHz ceramic resonator added (SM-49 crystal was too tall)

With the motor pod removed the encoders are visible

They've been hot glued in place to prevent any movement

Note the 4 motor pod headers (one per motor channel and a slew of ground pins)

Here are the windows which the encoders "see through"

Extra header pins are soldered to the brass tube which grounds the motor cans. Note HF noise caps.

The board now sits nearly 5 mm lower

All that's left to add are batteries and skids
