This thing...I don't know how to explain it. I'm not the only one that takes that stance either. It's just kind of a "BBE Ancient Chinese Secret Unit".

The rudimentary explanation that I've been given is that you have high and low waveforms that comes out of speakers, with each end obvious (low -- bass, high -- treble). Both of them are produced at seperate times, ie. low ends after highs.

This can cause a muddy sound. What the BBE does to rectify the problem is delays the highs to come out of the speakers AT THE SAME TIME, and produce the sound as it was meant to be produced.

The best way to look at it, as has been explained, is that it is just as if a blanket was removed from over your speakers. I'll buy it (obviously I did), and I don't regret it one bit.
