I love to spend time with my family. My toddler son keeps my husband and I running.



As a family we love to hike, swim, read, and play ultimate frisbee.

Ultimate Frisbee is that new sport sweeping the nation where people sprint across a field about the size of a soccer field throwing a little plastic disc to each other trying to get it into the end zone.

No, this is not me in the picture...if only...

My husband and I met playing disc, and my son, William began practicing his grip at the tender age of four months.
