Photography has been my hobby since 1936. In 2000, I closed my color darkroom and went entirely to Digital photography. My current camera is a Canon D30 and I use Photoshop CS2 with an Epson R1800 printer and Dell computer. Over the years I have worked with 35mm through 5X7, 8 and 16 mm movies, video.

My profession was Engineering and I made extensive use of photography for machine illustrations, mostly for internal use. We have two well-documented children. Our daughter, Lydia, is a System Analyst in the main library at Cornell University. Our son, Chuck, has a business in the Seattle area.

I belong to the Middle Georgia Camera Club and the Photographic Society of America.
