Get in to the whole Con for HALF PRICE!

Volunteers are needed for 2-3 hour shifts in the following areas:

• Con Suite: 12 people for 2-hour shifts (or fewer for longer shifts) and COOKIE BAKERS
• Charity Auction: 8 people to man the table in the dealers room for 2-hour shifts
• Programming: 7 people to count attendees in the each program for 2-3 hour shifts
• Gaming: 1-2 people to check on gamers
• Registration: 4 people to man the registration table for 2-3 hour shifts
• Children's Programming: 2 people to guide kids from program to program on Saturday afternoon.

FREE MEMBERSHIPS

We are deluged with requests for comped memberships at MarsCon by people who want to know if they can help us out.

As a general rule, we don't give comped memberships, with one exception -- We always need able bodied people to help us load up the con-suite on Thursday Night, decorate it, and help build the Art Show on Friday Morning. If you're available on Thursday Night or Friday Morning, can lift flats of soda, manipulate a hand-truck, and follow simple directions then send an email to volunteer@marscon.net, along with your name and a phone number where you can be reached on the Thursday-in-question.

If you help us out on Thursday Night or Friday, and then once more sometime throughout the weekend for about 30 minutes, your MarsCon membership is on us. Check in at Room 301 around 6PM on Thursday Night.
