Driving Directions to Relay Exchange Points
All directions assume Brennan Park Rec Centre starting point.

Exchange #1 • Top of Perth Road
Turn right off Hwy 99 onto Mamquam Road (CANADIAN TIRE) four km north of Squamish. Continue up Mamquam Road and turn left onto Highland Way S. Continue up Highland Way S. to the Boulevard. Turn right onto the Boulevard. Continue to Perth Drive. Turn left onto Perth Drive. Continue up Perth Drive to the very end.
Exchange #2 • Alice Lake (Yellow Gate just before Park Office)
Head North on Highway 99 to the Alice Lake Provincial Park turn off. Alice Lake Provincial Park is 13km north of Squamish off Highway 99. Continue up the park road and at the large Alice Lake sign turn left. On race day, there will be a STORMY sign directing you to either exchange point 2 & 3. Please park at the pay parking stalls and continue up the paved road on foot to the exchange point/aid station.
Exchange #3 • Edith Lake
Head North on Highway 99 to the Alice Lake Provincial Park turn off. Alice Lake Provincial Park is 13km north of Squamish off Highway 99. Continue up the park road and at the large Alice Lake sign turn right. On race day, there will be a STORMY sign directing you to either exchange point 2 & 3. Continue along the paved road passed the first parking lot and the Alice Lake North beach area to the South Beach Parking Lot. A Volunteer will be at this location to direct you up the trail to the exchange point. Relay runners will have to hike/run approximately 1km to the exchange point.
Exchange #4 • Garibaldi Park Road (Quest University)
Turn right off Hwy 99 onto Mamquam Road four km north of Squamish. Follow the paved road past the Squamish Golf and Country Club and then take the logging road just past the Mashiter Creek bridge. The exchange point is approximately 3km up the logging road. Please proceed with caution as there may be runners on the road. Please drive slowly to avoid creating dust.
Exchange #5 & #6 • Powerhouse Plunge
Turn east (left) off Hwy 99 onto the gravel Mamquam Forest Service Rd. (20 m south. of Stawamus R. crossing / 50 m south. of Valley Dr. traffic lights). Drive 3.6 km from the Hwy 99 turnoff and park alongside the road. Then walk 1.6 km north to the aid / transition station...Or drive very slowly (10 kph) to avoid subjecting passing runners to dust.
