2009 Series Points

Congratulations to the top 2009 points winners! If you placed first, second, or third in your age group (see below) please contact Rich Rawling to receive your prize credit.

To qualify for the points competition, competitors race in 2 or more of the Sea 2 Sky Trail Running Series races. The more they participate, the greater the chances at winning state-of-the-art lactate, VO2 max, and energy-usage analyses from Peak Centre for Human Perfomance (Burnaby).

How the points are awarded 

Points are awarded to the top 10 finishers in each age group of an qualifying events. 1st place is worth 10 points, 2nd place: 9 points, 3rd: 8 points, and so on...

Only certain events are eligible for points:
• Whistler Valley Trail Run 10 km event (The 5 km event is not eligible).
• Comfortably Numb 25km event
• STORMY: Leg #7, 11.2 km (either solo or as a relay runner)
• Loop the Lakes 15 km event (The 8 km event is not eligible).
• Rubble Creek 25 km event
• Lumpy's 10 km event
