God is Just

We all go through times where we question God. We question God’s timing, we question God’s methods, or we question God’s plan.

Decision: Let God be God because God is Just

Gen 1:1-5, (summarize verses 6-25) 26-28

God created all things. We did not.

Isn’t it humbling to know that God created all things?

Why should we stay humble?

Deut 32:3-4, 28, 35

Our God is great.

His works are perfect. All His ways are just.

Our God does no wrong.

God must punish sinful and rebellious ways.

Psalm 1

Blessed is the man that lives his life for God.

The wicked will be judged by God.

Why is it smart to follow God’s Word?

Rom 2:1-11

God’s judgment is based on truth.

God’s kindness should lead us toward repentance.

How do we store up wrath against ourselves?

What does God give to everyone who does what is right?

Rom 12:17-21

Why should we let God repay people for their evil ways?

How should we treat people?

How should we treat our enemies?

Heb 10:26-31,35-39

What does it mean to, “…deliberately keep on sinning”?

What does it mean to treat Jesus’ blood as an unholy thing?

Why do we need to persevere?

God’s timing, methods and plan are always right. Let’s let God be God and decide to trust Him in all things.
