Carrer dels Tallers, a pedestrian street that crosses the northernmost part of the Old City of Barcelona, begins at the famous Rambla just below Plaza Catalunya and ends at the Plaza de la Universidad.
Tallers has been described as the most characteristic street of the North Raval barrio. Just around the corner is the sleek new Museum of Contemporary Art designed by Richard Meier.
