REINHARDT, WANDA W., 94, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2009 at Harrison Health and Rehabilitation Center in Corydon, IN. She was a homemaker, cook at Lanesville Community Schools and office manager for the late Dr. Sam Martin of Corydon. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Lanesville and was active in Bible Study and LWML. She was preceded in death by her parents, Shelby and Maggie Hottel Walts; her husband, John Reinhardt; a grandson, Doug Reinhardt; and eight sisters, Mary Sherrill, Dollie Murphy, Mildred Massey, Helen Murphy, Alice Faye Key, Rella Walden, Rada Walts and Dorothy Martin; and six brothers, Wayne, Charles, Harold, Glenn, Earl Richard and Roy Shelby. She is survived by two sons, Jerry Reinhardt (Lennie), of Lanesville and Charles Reinhardt (Becky), of Jeffersonville, IN; one brother, Donald Walts, of Georgetown; three sisters, Martha Mayes, of Las Vegas, NV, Gladys Hughes, of Couer d'Alene, ID and Patty Lind, of Scottsdale, AZ and Lanesville; three grandchildren, Julie Saam, Angie Kelly and Darren Reinhardt; four great-grandchildren, Maria and Henry Saam and Megan Kelly and Maynard Reinhardt. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown. Pastor Richard Heinz and Pastor Christopher Truelsen will officiate. Burial will be in Wolfe Cemetery in Georgetown. Visitation will be held at the funeral home in Georgetown on Wednesday from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Thursday. The family suggests memorial gifts be made to her church.
