The house is hidden down one of the prettiest 'lokes' (footpaths) in the area and although only a stones throw from the village, it is set in the most peaceful and tranquil setting.
The house has three bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single), sitting room (with open fire), dining room, kitchen, bathroom and downstairs loo, plus a conservatory leading to a walled garden.

Cley is one of the prettiest villages on the North Norfolk coast with an excellent deli, smokehouse, pottery, gallery, bookshop, teashop and two pubs. There are wonderful walks along the shingle beach to Blakeney Point (where seal colonies can be found) as well as walks across the salt marshes to Blakeney Harbour.
Cley is renowned for its bird watching sites and has something to see whatever time of year you visit, as well as housing the new Norfolk Wildflife Trust centre on the outskirts of the village.
Sandy beaches and magnificent dunes can be found at Wells next the Sea and Holkham, which are only a short drive away.
There are lots of other great places to visit, catering for all tastes and ages.
