Ray charles is a sweet siberian husky, that need
a good home. This old fellow can't see very well but is
so sweet that the workers in the shelter begged us to
help find him him a home. We agree. This dog is
awesome.
Even though he is an older dog and cannot see the best he is still active and would be a good walking buddy for someone. I walked him for 45 minutes this morning and he is totally awesome. He walks great on a leash, he is in no way totally blind and has learned to adapt to his cataracts well. He walked straight down the sidewalk and sniffed trees the same as any other dog would. Giving an older dog a chance is a good thing to do, he is good in the crate, can go for long walks and you don't have to deal with the wild puppy, chew everything in your house phase.
