Osaka

Stadium 10 km from the centre of Osaka City although it is the only one actually inside the city limits.
Around 10 minutes. walk from Nagai Station on the Midosuji Line (Metropolitan Subway) if the crowds are moving. the streets are very narrow indeed, so allow 2 hours.
Or 10 minutes walk from Tsurugaoka Station and Nagai Station on the Hanwa Line if the crowds are moving. For Osaka, it is probably best to watch the news before the game to get an idea how the crowd control is working out.

Saitama

Stadium 9 km from the centre of Urawa City Take the Saitama Line for 50 minutes from Tokyo to Urawa Misono Station . The publicity clains that it is a 15 minute walk from there to the stadium, but WARNING - at the Japan Australia game earlier this year it took 4 hours to clear the stafium. there is only one station serving this stadium. I repeat, allow 4 hours to catch your connection back to Tokyo.
