I'll try to expand these as I have time; but a little is better than nothing.

1. A table I worked out with substantial input via comp.programming.threads, showing the differences between the thread imlementations of various systems (UNIX and otherwise).
2. A table showing the recommended way to compile and link threaded programs for each platform. This is currently very sparse and needs input!
