Peasant Pasta Size: 24 KB Another good pasta dish. I think I got this from Rachel Ray. Slow-Cooker Pozole Size: 37 KB Pozole = Hominy. This is very good on a cold day. Comfort food indeed. Vegetable Stuffed Pork Chops Size: 34 KB If you can't tell already, we like our slow-cooker. Perfect Liver & Onions Size: 33 KB An old stand-by. And, inexpensive. We serve it with mashed potatoes. Chicken Paprikash Topped Potato Size: 38 KB Potatoes: Yet another "other white meat". This is very rich and filling. Cheese Enchiladas Size: 44 KB More comfort food. Try it with the Mexican rice recipe. Roquefort and Bacon Burgers Size: 48 KB If you like a different kind of burger, try these babies! Mudbugs, Corn & Gouda Pot... Size: 18 KB Mudbugs = Crawfish. Conchiglie Rigate Size: 47 KB This is from barilla.com. Yum! Spaghetti w/ Basil Pesto Sauce Size: 50 KB This also has mussels, octopus, potatoes, and green beans. Another goodie from barilla.com. Arroz Rojo Size: 18 KB Yet another excellent Mexican rice recipe.
