Dr. Kevin B. Albaugh is a Staff Associate at the University at Buffalo's (SUNY) Office of Science, Technology Transfer And Economic Outreach (STOR), which acts as an interface between inventive research and the applied commercial development to bring that concept to market.
He is also the President of Intensive Energy Engineering LLC, and has over 28 years of executive experience previously with Praxair, Inc. and IBM Corp. Intensive Energy helps firms evaluate and incorporate advanced technology, particularly in energy intensive industries such as industrial gases, semiconductor processing, and other chemicals and materials processing industries. Kevin is a registered Professional Engineer in New York, Vermont, California and Indiana, and has three issued U.S. patents and many technical publications and presentations in areas including cooling systems for superconducting cable, microcontamination, chemical vapor deposition, and anodic bonding for MEMS applications.
