This site's regular reader (my mum!) has complained that she is sick of wading through the same old rubbish every month in an effort to find any new stuff that may have been put up. In an effort to make her life easier I will log any major future additions on these pages. Please just be aware that links and feedback are fiddled about with on an almost weekly basis...
01/06: Happy New Year! This site has been getting some decent traffic recently for some reason. This plus goading from Threllers (Threllers!) has inspired me to neglect this site a little less. I've already made a start by adding the London Apprentice to Quaffing V I am currently in the process of redesigning the whole website using iWeb - it will also move location to http://web.mac.com/davidclifford/iWeb/Site/Home.html
06/05: Added the Stone Roses to Quaffing V. Yes I have been on my holidays, thank you very much!
05/05: I've had a general tidy up and have updated prices and made a couple of minor changes to some entries to reflect changes that have been made since they were originally written.
03/05: I have added the text of George Orwells article about the perfect pub, the Moon Under Water, here.
12/04: Aldi is a long overdue addition to Hounslow and has made it to shops. As has the Wheelhouse. I've just found out that after an incredible 15 years' planning, construction of the Blenheim Centre (Key Site One) has finally begun. Look out for a review here in about 2009 then... Made a start on Quaffing V with Southall's Glassy Junction.

01/04: Happy New Year! For customer service above and beyond the call of duty, I've added Arthur Thurlow to shops. Even though they don't sell anything. They rent stuff out.

09/02: Passage to India added to Gobbling 2, and Hounslow Computer Centre added to Sipping. Quaffing IV and Gobbling III are in the pipeline and I have to say that the thought of adding these titles to every other page on this website and then re-uploading (is that a word?!) the whole lot fills me with dread. For this reason I have started improving (ie reducing!) my menu structure. Only the index page will have a compete list of all pages on the site. All the others will have links back only to that page, and to view/submit feedback. I know that this makes it a little harder for you to zap around the website (and it may play havoc with my new hitcounter) but quite frankly I don't care.
08/02: Been a bit lazy this month. I've added some feedback I received from Australia and Canada, and fixed the link to the Hounslow Forum website on the home page. I've finally regained access to my iDisc where this site is stored, so normal service will be resumed shortly...
07/02: Had 200 hits last month! Nice. I've spent the day in Chiswick and written about my experiences in a new page called - Chiswick!. I also received some feedback from a non-Hounslow resident about a night out they had here which makes amusing reading... I've altered the layout of all my pages - it took ages so I hope you like it. I've also just found out that Apple now want $99/year to continue to host this website - a price I'm happy to pay to spare you from irritating adverts. All I ask in return is that you keep the Feedback coming - as the Hun says, you always make my day with that!!!
06/02: Don't expect any major updates this month! But the amusing pictures of a relaxed Welshman have gone back on research. And this time they're staying up! And there's now a picture of Crystal's on sipping, and a better picture of the 99p shop on shops.
05/02: Crystal's is a welcome newcomer to Hounslow and has been added to Sipping. Pic of Sandai added to shops.
04/02: Although no-one in there right mind would go sightseeing in Heston, there are a few interesting things about the place you can read about on sightseeing. I've also added pictures of the superb African Queen and the not quite so superb 99p shop.
03/02: I've doubled the number of places featured on Sipping and Nibbling, and stuck Sandai Electronics on shops.

05/01: I've been on holiday and therefore another slow month. I have stuck the Old George and the Old Queen's Head on QuaffingII and Mas Andreu on gobbling, though.
04/01: Another slow month I'm afraid. The picture of a bloater having a wazz in public has gone back on research2, and I've finally added a hit counter.
03/01: The African Queen is added to gobbling. The Moon, Yates's, and the Bell have been added to Quaffing II. A picture of Hounslow's best busker has been added. More gurning plug-uglies added to research
