EASTHAMPTON - Ronald N. Hall, 53, of 139 West St., died Tuesday at The Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton. Born in Northampton May 8, 1937, he was the son of the late James C. and Mildred (Elliott) Hall. He had lived on North Street in Northampton for many years, and was a graduate of Northampton High School. He moved to Easthampton five years ago. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1956 to 1959. Mr. Hall had worked for 19 years as a security officer at Amherst College. He had also been attending Holyoke Community College, and was working toward a law enforcement degree. He was a communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Northampton. He leaves his wife, Patricia (Brunetti) Hall; two sons, Ronald N. Hall Jr. of Boston and James C. Hall of Northampton; a daughter, Karen L. Kieras of Florence; a sister, Shirley McCool-Scanlon of Northampton; and two granddaughters. The funeral will be Friday at 8:15 a.m. from the Pease Funeral Home in Northampton, with a Mass of Christian burial at 9 a.m. in St. Mary of the Assumption Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, North Elm Street, Northampton.
