This project was a video
presentation I researched, designed, and wrote for
Southwestern Bell Missouri in 1994. Southwestern Bell Missouri was
attempting to influence
the Missouri Public Service Commission to alter its telephony regulations
to account for
new competition. The video presents a sweeping history of telephony
in the U. S.,
culminating in an appeal for regulatory change. The video was produced,
and copies
were distributed to employees of SWB Missouri and to Missouri state
legislators.
