Coffee Shop Wifi Usage Pre-study (Organizational Communication Course, Denison U.)

This project is the work of students in the Organizational Communication course that I
taught at Denison. I organized a field research event in which my students visited several
coffee shops in Columbus, Ohio, and conducted interviews with patrons who were using
the free wireless Internet service. The results of the pre-study were shared with Internet
Oasis (the company that set up the Wifi service) and with the coffee shop management.
