And thus the third quarter begins.

It's been just over a week since I last posted. I've been crazily busy, so let's get right to the nitty gritty.

Deception Rocks.

On monday the 4th of October, Mortal Kombat: Deception was released. The 6th major installment of the MK franchise is amazing. Needless to say, it has taken up all my free time (hence the no posting). So far I've completed the Konquest mode, unlocked Shujinko, Tanya, Havik, and (spoiler - highlight to read) the re-incarnated LIU KANG. I must say that he is so much cooler now that he's dead! The story is dead cool. This is really what Deadly Alliance should've been. I've unlocked close to 220 of the 400 koffins, and hope to finish it before my work picks up. Get this game!

Luxology to make Exclusive announcement at "Career Night".

The ACM SIGGRAPH Student Chapter of the Art Institute of California - San Francisco is hosting speakers from PDI Dreamworks, Digital Anarchy, Maxis and Insight Digital in an event dubbed "Career Night". Luxology will be demoing their new modeling software 'modo' at the event as well as making an exclusive announcement for us. Press Release will be issued in several hours.

CherryOS claims to run Mac OS X on a PC. Either a hoax, or they are misleading about the speed. Personally I think it's a hoax. Hey look Gullible is written on your roof!

Money grows on Apple Trees.

Apple posted a $44 Million profit on tuesday. They have a 92% market share on hard drive music players and an astonishing 65% market share of ALL mp3 players sold. Surprise surprise, their computer units shipped is also up.
