The day that History won't forget.

In 1969, Neil Armstrong offered the words "Once small step for man, one giant leap for mankind". Today is the day that marks the time when the snowflake of commercial spaceflight turns into an avalanche. SpaceShipOne completed it's second flight today, thus claiming the $10 million dollar X-Prize. Several weeks ago Virgin announced a new subsiderary Virgin Galactic which will offer the first commercial trips into space. Today is a major milestone for humanity, and when Virgin Galactic goes up for the first time, today is the day that made it happen.
