RAP SHEET is a wonderful old-school APA-zine with an eclectic membership and, therefore, rather eclectic contents. Of interest to us are:
page 4 MICHAEL RODEN untitled drawing
This cool 1990 illustration features a giant Aztec god with a UFO in the background. It's just the thing to get you ready for the amazing MR centerspread drawing!
pages 27-28 MIKE RODEN & ANDY NUKES Skele-Toons
This is the first in a series of wacky crazy comix featuring, well, skeletons. The skeletons will (for the most part) be contributed by various artists and MR will create a story and whatever other art is needed to make a two-page comic strip. It's a wonderfully fun concept!
page 29 An Invitation to Be In ... Skele-Toons!
Text announcement (with ding-bat skulls) inviting SPS members to participate in the amazing Skele-Toons project. At the bottom of the page is a text advertisement for Thru Black Holes Comix!
pages 30-31 MICHAEL RODEN Cosmic Desert
This is possibly the most amazing page that MR has ever done! It is a two-page single-panel drawing (with collage) of a very (very) psychedelic desert scene that features what just might be the far-out sunset ever! This page would make a fabulous poster.
