This wonderful fantasy print is built around a Grandville image of fantastical trees to which MICHAEL RODEN added his magic touch (including strikingly beautiful color and op-art clouds).

The story on the Old Man Willow art print is ... Sometimes I like to do art that is like Art Nouveau, Maxfield Parish-like light fantasy art. So I took these Grandville trees and did substantial work to them so that the "magic wand" in Photoshop could find all of the edges. So that when I color it with the gradient tool all of the insides of the trees would stay white. It took about a half a day. MR: email to DLC dated Sep 8, 2006
