This early solo title is a wonderfully imaginative tribute to "the makers of Electronic Space Music, some of whose names appear throughout the comix."

cover     untitled drawing (Cluster-Land)

Drawing of a half-dozen round faces (planets?) in a cloud-filled cosmos. The thermograph (raised ink) printing makes this (and the back cover illustration) really stand out (pun intended).

page 2     untitled illustration

A collage of images from old prints serves as a background for the handwritten dedication.

pages 3-15     Cluster-Land with Moebius and Roedelius Planaria

Incredible space fantasy wherein the protagonists (two planaria!) undertake a perilous journey through the "air-waves of German Space Rock." This really is a unique story and a wonderful tribute to a genre of music that MR was soon to contribute to directly.

pages 16-24     Haunt Ville

Eight-page Lovecraftian cosmic fantasy story featuring De Vermis Mysteriis (whose name was invented by the great horror writer Robert Bloch). MR described the plot as follows (in HAUNTED CATACOMBS No 1, page 8):

It deals with Monster Entities. De Vermis Mysteriis VS. The Evil Incarnation. De Vermis conjures up the Evil Incarnation, only to be killed by his own creation. The Creator killed by the Created. But ... the inhabitants of Haunt Ville, in their grief over the death of their creator, form a powerful magic which causes ... the Re-Incarnation of De Vermis. This provides a further twist in that the created beings recreate their own creator!
