Aloha awaits you at our beautiful condo that
sits on a white sand beach facing Molokai and Lanai. As a corner unit, the
bedroom and the livingroom are both on the water making it a great way to wake
up and go to sleep to the sounds of the surf. Sliding glass doors to the lanais
with reflective tint give you total privacy. It is on the fourth floor for
complete safety, on a corner with great views.
Walk one block to Roy's, Outback, McDonald's, the
micro-brewery for fresh fish, or the ice cream shop.
Or if you like to stay home, the kitchen was a
$35K remodel. Complex has pool, gas BBQ and a new health club on the property
that you may join while you stay. We request that you treat it as you would your
parents home, as it is our retirement home. We are happy to share it with you,
we just ask you take care of it.
This is our little piece of heaven on earth (Maui) so we rent to non-smokers & limit occupancy to 2 individuals.
