Lai Dai Infinity Systems, in response to the recent leak of an internal CONCORD document, echo the CEP's condemnation about the inappropriate use of resources by CONCORD. These resources could have been put to much better use within the various nations in order to decrease piracy and add to stability. Instead CONCORD applied resources outside their jurisdiction and without the knowledge or support of the nations that established it.

This is the second recent exercise of power by CONCORD beyond its intended purpose. As stated on the primary Galnet source, "The intention of it was to foster the fragile relationship between the empires and act as a meeting place where they could discuss their differences and hammer out a compromise solution." It is the opinion of LDIS's board of directors that CONCORD has outgrown this intention and its charter and bi-laws should be reviewed and updated by the governments who established it.

Until such a time, all LDIS pilots are discouraged from accepting contracts with CONCORD agents and to only cooperate with them as required by law.
