Lai Dai Infinity Systems supports the Lai Dai Corporation and CEP's criticism that Concords seizer of Itsukame Innovations' assets is a violation of Caldari and Corporate sovereignty. Lai Dai Infinity Systems condemns the Concord attack against the small research firm, while allowing other Corporations and Mega-corporations to receive direct pirate investment. This shows that Concord is unable to enforce its laws across the cluster.

The Lai Dai Corporation demands access to the Itsukame Innovations research labs to inspect the evidence to ensure that none of it is the property of LDC or any of its subsidiaries. There will also be a review of all of Dr. Grant Arataka's work and funding while at LDC. should it be found he passed information to pirate organizations or his projects had direct investment from outside sources, the Lai Dai Corporation demands the opportunity to bring internal administrative action against Dr. Arataka.

However in light of the evidence so far available to the public, LDC and its subsidiaries will be reviewing their accounts to ensure investment did not come from pirate organizations. Also LDIS will be establishing a more in depth investigation of future investors to ensure that funds from piracy are not used.
