teaser: Al, Guy, Jerry, and Brick, college students, and Al's girl, Tina, make plans to rob Harold's Club, a gambling house in Reno. They reproduce the cart used for supplying the gaming tables with silver; install a tape recorder; rehearse their plan. Then they buy a trailer rig, pack it with supplies, and set out for Reno. Al and Tina decide to withdraw from the project, but Brick prevents them by threatening to harm Tina if they do so. Reaching Reno, the boys don cowboy shirts and hats and false beards, perfect camouflage in Rodeo Week. In Harold's Club their plan works; by substituting their cart for the change man's and persuading him, via the recorder, there is a man with a gun inside, they trick him into fetching the bulk of the day's receipts and delivering them to Al in a sack. Al picks up the sack and walks unnoticed out of the casino. But the car that was to pick him up is not there!
